Before · The problem
The plan is clear on paper
Lucas receives a three-day program from his coach. It includes four sets of eight to ten repetitions, ninety-second rest intervals and notes on squat execution. Those details are easy to read on paper, but copying every field into a phone feels tedious. He does not want an assistant to invent a better routine; he wants a faithful digital version of the one he already has.
